To rent your condo you must abide by both your association and the city of Manistee rules and regulations.  All rentals need to be registered and inspected on a three-year cycle!

We all know that noise carries further across on water!  Yelling, music,  or the making of other loud noises  between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. violates a city ordinance if the making of such noises disturbs the quiet, comfort  of any person in the vicinity.
