Indoor and Outdoor Pool Rules

Our property and slip owners are entitled to a key fob. The key fob is registered to each owner at the time of the purchase. The key fob is what you will need to enter the indoor and outdoor pool and exercise facilities. 

To enter the pool facilities, there is a remote box on the left wall next to the entrance door. Just flash the key fob in front of the box and a green light will come on and you will hear a "beep." The door is now unlocked. 

HV@MBA New Key FOB Request Process

A maximum of two (2) key FOBs are permitted per unit. This includes each individually owned condo, marina slip, or other unit.

To request a new FOB, please mail the following to:

12048 James Street, Holland, MI 49424

• A      check for $75 per FOB, made payable to HV@MBA
• A      completed FOB Agreement Form (leave the FOB number section blank)
• A note      with the specific mailing address where you would like the FOB(s)      sent

Once your check and completed form are received, the FOB(s) will be assigned, activated, and mailed to the address provided. Cornerstone will complete the FOB number section on the form once the FOB(s) are assigned.
