Indoor Pool and Spa
Our beautiful indoor pool and spa is perfect for those rainy and snowy days! With locker rooms and showers for both women and men Attached to the pool area is a fitness room with weights and workout machines. Hours of operation are: 6 AM- 10:30 PM year round.
Outdoor Pool
Open Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend, our beautiful pool overlooks the marina. We have lockers and showers for both women and men. Hours of operation are: 8AM- 9PM
Fitness Center
To keep in shape all year round we have a room attached to the indoor pool to use. Workout machines and weights at your disposal. Hours are: 6AM-10:30 PM year round.
Fish Cleaning Station
Need a place to clean your catch or grab some ice? Convenient to the marina, access is by a separate key. Owned by the Master Association, keys may be purchased for a one-time fee. Contact Trisha at Schmidt Rogers.
Marina
Our beautiful and updated marina is privately owned and governed by either the by-laws of the marina association or an association. Some slips within Harbor Village are not part of the marina association but are either deeded to a co-owner's unit or the slips are limited common elements to an association.
Playground
Perfect spot to take the kids. Our fenced in playground, recently modernized and upgraded to the highest safety standards. There is also a sand volleyball court, fire pit, and picnic table nearby.

Pause and appreciate our beautiful ponds and waterfalls.
